  12. - VGA EDITOR operates in the superior 640x480x16 color graphics mode
  13.   - I chose this mode because the graphics produced are of much higher quality
  14.     than graphics produced in 320x200x256 color graphics mode
  15. - for complete documentation on the operation of VGA EDITOR and the
  16.   integration of the graphics into C and Pascal programs, you must register
  17.   - the registration fee is $5.00
  18.   - the complete C source code is also available for $10.00
  19. - the version is fully functional and is not crippled in any way
  20.   - for documentation (and the library) on how to use the graphics/animations
  21.     created with THE VGA EDITOR, you must register
